The shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS, SDA with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

The shipping cost is free on all purchases, whatever the amount.

Return and refund

As described in the Terms and Conditions of Use:

Right of withdrawal

For all purchases on the teatroboutique.it site you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, by communicating it to the Seller and returning the goods within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day of delivery (the shipment tracking available on the Purchases page is valid).

You can choose whether to return the goods yourself (contact us first, to find out the exact address among the various outlets available) or purchase the collection service provided by GLS at a cost of € 8. The collection can only be purchased with advance payment and it is essential to be able to print a label to stick on the return package.

Regardless of the method you choose, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. On the other hand, we are responsible for sending it back from the shop to your home (in case of change).

You can exercise the right of withdrawal by writing a whatsapp message to 3881696360. Only if you do not have whatsapp, write us an email to info@teatroboutique.it or a private message on facebook specifying the data relating to the order.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions. The goods that do not correspond to these requirements cannot be accepted and can be collected by the Customer at his expense.

Returned products must be returned in their entirety and the label must be intact and in its original position

Returned products must not have been used, washed or damaged

Returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt (in case of autonomous shipping you must provide us with a tracking code)

Returned products must be returned in their original packaging

The right of withdrawal may also be exercised with the return of only some of the products purchased

The right of withdrawal is valid for private customers

If the conditions described are met, the Seller will refund the amount spent (excluding the cost of cash on delivery if this payment method has been chosen), once the goods have been received and their integrity has been verified. The Seller will use the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction for the re-credit, unless you explicitly ask the Seller that a different method be used.
